A couple had sex on the roof of a Chipotle Mexican Grill in Newark, Delaware, during dining hours, and police say they witnessed the whole enchilada, according to a Newark PD press release.
Police were called to the scene Saturday around 9:40 p.m. and an officer allegedly witnessed the man and woman having intercourse. Despite the cop's orders for them to stop, the two continued for another 15 to 20 seconds, the release said.
The paramours fled but were apprehended at the man's apartment.
Michael Suh, 39, and Nicole Germack, 27, face charges that include lewdness and resisting arrest.
According to NewarkPostOnline, Suh owns the Mizu Sushi Bar three doors away from Chipotle. Suh's apartment, where police located the two, sits above the sushi restaurant.
