This egg sandwich salad will help you get a flat belly. Are you wondering that just by adding the word ‘salad’ to any dish will define it is healthy and help you shed some pounds? Well, this one is somehow a healthy one. All you have to do is substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Also it has dill, green onions and a good amount of celery.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices whole-wheat bread

Method:
Take a pan and fill it with half with water. Add the eggs to the water. Let the water boil on high flame. Let it boil like that for 5 minutes. Then place a lid over the pot. This way the eggs will get some time to rest. After a couple of minutes, take off the lid and pour away the water. Then cover the eggs with ice. 5 minutes will do. Then peel the egg shell off and place the peeled off egg in a bowl. With the help of a fork, smash the egg. Smash it until a paste is formed. Spray a few drops of lemon juice along with a dash of pepper. Throw in the sliced onions, celery and dill.

Toast a two breads. Spread this batter in between the toasted bread. Do not forget to place a lettuce leave in between the toasts. This recipe hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare. With the above ingredients, it will serve four.
