The beauty comes from the blogger The Iron You, who has smartly adapted the cauliflower crust craze into something one could eat for any meal of the day. Toss in some bacon and you've got breakfast. Serve it alongside a plate of greens, add some sriracha, tomatoes and avocado, and you've got a meal worthy of lunch or dinner.
To make the cauliflower "bread," you'll need a finely chopped head of cauliflower (the food processor does it best), one egg, half a cup of shredded mozzarella and some salt and pepper. Bake the mixture for about 15 minutes.
Once the "bread" has cooled, it's time to construct your grilled cheese masterpiece.
