Get ready to refresh Rose's Luxury's website over and over and over and pounce. Roof garden reservations go live today at 11 a.m. for the first seatings of the season from Feb. 23 through March 12.
If you've never been before, here's how it works: The roof garden accommodates eight to 10 people, and you must assemble your own group. (You can't just make a reservation for two.) For $125 per person (excluding tax, tip, and drinks), the table is treated to a family-style tasting menu with many dishes that aren't on chef Aaron Silverman's regular menu. Your group has the entire greenhouse-like patio to yourselves for the evening with your own dedicated server.
One big change this year is that the outdoor patio is now enclosed with a retractable roof and heat, which means it will now be open year-round. Going forward, groups will be able to book the table three weeks in advance on Mondays at 11 a.m.
Meanwhile, Rose's Luxury will continue to offer reservations for groups of six to eight people at the back table in its indoor dining room. There, you'll find a $55 tasting menu made up dishes already on the Rose's menu. Like the roof garden, reservations are available online three weeks in advance Mondays at 11 a.m.
