It’s one of the many foie gras dishes available on H Street NE this month for the “Foie La La” promotion.

They’ll first be released at the Logan Circle Whole Foods on Dec. 19.

The Salty Wolfe is a medium-cupped oyster that’s salty up front and mildly sweet and creamy to finish.
