Serve it alongside a plate of greens, add some sriracha, tomatoes and avocado, and you've got a meal worthy of lunch or dinner.

To make the cauliflower "bread," you'll need a finely chopped head of cauliflower (the food processor does it best), one egg, half a cup of shredded mozzarella and some salt and pepper. Bake the mixture for about 15 minutes.
