The app will launch in D.C. with a dozen participating businesses, including the Fainting Goat, Southern Hospitality, and Agua 301.

Dishes include spicy mushroom salad with lychee, Chinese sausage, and peanut “soil,” as well as butternut squash ravioli with boquerones and young coconut.
