Why restaurants don’t seat incomplete parties

Local 16 is adding Afghan dishes to the menu, while Napoleon is being converted into a restaurant that will only serve the Central Asian cuisine.

The app will launch in D.C. with a dozen participating businesses, including the Fainting Goat, Southern Hospitality, and Agua 301.

Dishes include spicy mushroom salad with lychee, Chinese sausage, and peanut “soil,” as well as butternut squash ravioli with boquerones and young coconut.

Minibar joins Klink, Ultra, and Drizly.
